We are currently searching for a Senior Human Resources Manager, to be based in Johannesburg, who will lead the HR function for Africa , working closely with the managerial teams to maximize employee contribution and act as a key business partner for the business strategies. This will be achieved by implementing initiatives, programs and HR activities in the region.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Integration and change management .
- Define long term goals and deliver strategic HR change.
- Support his/her mission through talent management and region sinergies.
- Implement best practices and participate in international HR projects.
- Strategic business partnership, playing a significant role driving people initiatives.
- Workforce planning and management, collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Drive culture

Requisitos:

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 10 years experience in HR Management with proven record in people management.
- Within these 10 years, 5 years should be in HR management at senior level.
- Degree in Business, Law or HR management is required.
- Media, Consumer or Entertainment experience is preferable.
- Business oriented, supportive and solution oriented.
- Flexible, creative.
- Communicative with strong relationship building skills.
- Strong team player.
- Experience in Africa is preferable
- Proficient in English
